WBAA Thanksgiving Day Programming 2020

This Thursday, November 28th, tune into WBAA to accompany your Thanksgiving Day activities.

Thanksgiving will look different this year for all of us. But we will still have our annual Turkey Confidential. This year, because of *everything*, the show won’t be LIVE but Francis will be joined by special guests Samin Nosrat, Chef Michael Solomonov, Jacques Pépin, Nora McInerny, and Sohla El-Waylly to take your pre-recorded questions. Thursday from noon to 2 p.m. on WBAA News on 105.9 FM and AM 920.

With music and stories for Thanksgiving, host John Birge creates a thoughtful, contemporary reflection on the meaning of the holiday. Classical music is the heart and soul of the original Giving Thanks. Between the music, no clichés about pilgrims and pumpkin pies. Instead, it's a contemporary celebration of the spirit of Gratitude. Thursday from 8 to 10 a.m. on WBAA Classical on 101.3 FM.

On Thanksgiving, host Andrea Blain and classical music fans from all around the country take some time to give thanks and celebrate one of life's most meaningful gifts: music. It's "Every Good Thing" — an hour of stories and music to celebrate Thanksgiving. Thursday at 10 a.m. on WBAA Classical on 101.3 FM.

In a year when many of us are hunkered down at home, Jennifer Hambrick (pictured) brings us an hour of American music inspired by traveling and wayfaring around the United States. Join us for "Away from Home," Thursday at 11 a.m. on WBAA Classical on 101.3 FM.

Thanksgiving is special on WBAA and we hope you will be able to partake!
