The WBAA Classical 101.3 and WBAA News 105.9 tower will be undergoing major work starting on March 7th to enhance and strengthen the tower. The work is expected to continue until approximately March 30th. Most of the work will be done while the stations are at full power, but there will be times where we will need to reduce power or be off the air so that crews can work safely. We thank you for your patience while this work is completed. You can still listen to WBAA Classical and WBAA News online or via the WBAA mobile app.

Programming News

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to WBAA.  We always appreciate hearing from you, our listeners and members, about issues that are important to you.  As a mission driven public radio service, WBAA is committed to providing the finest in noncommercial news, arts and cultural programming.

A critical component of our mission is to continuously evaluate and improve our service.  We do not take programming changes lightly and only do so after undertaking due diligence relative to listenership surveys and member feedback. We are glad to have yours.

After considerable listener feedback, This American Life will remain on WBAA.  We are evaluating the schedule and working to select a weekend time that will best showcase the program on WBAA.

We will continue to evaluate all broadcast content to ensure it meets our noncommercial mission criteria and as always, we welcome your advice, opinions and counsel.
