Lafayette police still looking for help to ID car in fatal hit-and-run

Lafayette police have more information about the car involved in a fatal hit-and-run Tuesday night.

Forty-six-year-old Mark Lee Brummitt died after being struck by a car while walking in the 2200 block of Union Street.

Police say the vehicle involved is likely a 1985 model or older with round headlights. 

The car will have front right headlight damage and possibly right front grill damage.
