Purdue University Galleries latest exhibition is titled GIFTED: Selected Gifts to the Permanent Collection. Running July 5 to August 5, it will highlight works gifted to Purdue Galleries’ permanent collection, including prints, sculpture, and paintings representing a wide range of media, regions, and time periods. Purdue University Galleries has opened two new exhibits: BIJIN, KABUKI, & SUMO, 19th century Japanese woodblock prints from Purdue University Galleries' collections; and 50/300: Art Inspired by the Feast of the Hunters' Moon, celebrating the 50th annual Feast and the 300th anniversary of the founding of Fort Ouiatenon.
