Police Release Sketch Of Delphi Double Homicide Suspect

Indiana State Police

Law enforcement agencies have released new information about the double homicide investigation following the murders of two Delphi girls.

The Carroll County Sheriff's Department, FBI, Delphi Police Department and the Indiana State Police believe the man depicted in the composite sketch is connected to the murders.

The suspect is described as a white male between 5'6" to 5'10", weighing 180 to 220 pounds and with reddish brown hair.

In February, police released a photo, and audio recording of a man saying "Down the hill," on Liberty German's phone. She was found dead along with Abigail Williams on Delphi's walking trails late that month.

According to the ISP's press release, the composite sketch is a result of information collected throughout the now almost six-month long investigation.

Police continue to urge citizens with any information to call (844) 459-5786 or email abbyandlibbytip@cacoshrf.com

The reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction is upwards of $230,000.
