Residents of wealthy Philadelphia suburbs were stunned this week by the arrest of eight locals charged with operating a major drug trafficking ring.
The alleged ringleaders were former students and lacrosse players at the upscale Haverford School. Authorities say Neil Scott, 25, and Timothy Brooks, 18, sought to establish a monopoly on drug dealing to all area high school students.
