Frankfort’s chief executive is trying to both combat what he sees as false rumors about possible debt the city will rack up in his last two years in this term of office and speak openly about the problems the city faces.

Also on this week’s show, the mayor says he believes 90-95 percent of all crime in Frankfort is related to drugs in some way. That’s one reason he’s traveling with his police chief to a conference about the state’s drug epidemic.
But can the number really be that high?
