Pamela Dunn

I grew up listening to my father play bits and pieces of his favorite classical music while I went to sleep.  I think that is why I liked to listen to it while I studied at the University of Illinois where I graduated with a degree in advertising.  I have traveled to Israel on a youth scholarship and lived in South Carolina for five years where I worked for one of the first FOX - TV affiliates. 

I came to Lafayette sixteen years ago and fourteen years ago gave birth to my daughter Teresa.  She is a freshman at Jefferson High School and I am having a good time being a Marching Band Parent.  I have worked for a number of media companies in Mid-Indiana including WKHY radio, WLFI TV18, Money-mailer and Lamar Outdoor.  The last two years I went in another direction and became an insurance agent.  But through the years I have always had WBAA AM and FM on my radio dial.  My real calling has always been in marketing and I jumped at the opportunity to get back in the industry and work for the quality radio which I have always admired.

While in Lafayette I have enjoyed being a member of the Sweet Adeline’s, four part harmony group, singing in various groups at Temple Israel, singing with the All Campus and Community Choir here at Purdue, and now with Strolling Singers at the Feast.
