HOGARTH: A Social Commentary MAY 21 - JULY 13 RINGEL GALLERY William Hogarth, an 18th Century English artist, is best known for his series of narrative engravings depicting his contempt for the upper class while championing the common people through the use of purposely placed details. This exhibition features a selection of Hogarth’s prints from Purdue Galleries’s permanent collection. Ringel Gallery summer hours are Mon - Fri, 12-5PM. All Purdue Galleries exhibits & events are free and open to the public.
